What time is check in? After 4:00pm

How do I get into the house? Self check-in with keypad

Can I bring my pet? Sorry, we love pets too but will need to stay
home. 

Can I host my party or event? Our guest houses are ideal for small gatherings of up to 16 guests to enjoy a weekend or week long getaway.  The kitchens and dining rooms are fully equipped to cook meals with friends and family or to invite a private chef or caterer to deliver a truly unique culinary experience.  We love being a part of your celebration but strictly forbid large parties that include guests not staying in the home or that do not respect the furnishings and fixtures in the houses.  At this time, we are hitting a pause on  public events to follow CDC guidelines.   We will happily assist you in helping your special event adhere to CDC guidelines and also help connect you to local resources to create a unique experience.

What are the check out procedures?
  • Please gather all trash and take them to cans in the alley behind the house.
  • Do the dishes and put them away where you found them.
  • Pull the bed linens, gather the towels and place them in the hampers and carry them to the laundry room.
  • Plug in-cameras if you unplugged them.
  • Make sure the front-door is locked, and go out the side-door or back door.
  • Clean up any mess and leave the house the way you found it (this is our personal home and we hope you love it and take care of it the same way we do). If there are any spills or sticky messes, please wipe them up and not leave them to get worse or attract bugs (we have "sparkle buckets" under the sink in the kitchen, in the laundry room, in the bathrooms and in the linen closet).
  • The cleaning fee covers the fee to sweep and mop the house, wipe down surfaces, clean the bathrooms, wash the linens, make the beds and dust. The fee does not cover the cost of wiping down cabinets, walls, scrubbing appliances or any type of deep clean. Most of our guests do a great job of respecting the home and leaving it in the same condition as they found it.
  • If there are any damages, please notify us immediately so we don't have any surprises upon return to our home and we can work through issues to repair the damages and fix the issues.​

Do you have security cameras? We have three security cameras (one pointed at each door). Please feel free to disconnect the cameras upon arrival and please reconnect them before departure. Learn more

Do I need to be worried about bodies of water? The house is located on a peninsula and is a 2 minute walk to 3 nearby rivers.

Do you have smoke detectors? Yes, our houses are equipped with both carbon monoxide alarms and smoke alarms
